Samantha DiGiuseppe is an Associate with the firm, licensed to practice in the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the federal courts for the District of New Jersey, Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and premises liability. Ms. DiGiuseppe previously worked as Staff Counsel for a large insurance company. Prior to that, Ms. DiGiuseppe served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Sherri L. Schweitzer, J.S.C, in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County, where she was certified as a mediator.
Ms. DiGiuseppe obtained a Bachelor of Arts and graduated cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University in 2016. Thereafter, she attended law school at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University and graduated magna cum laude in 2020. While in law school, Ms. DiGiuseppe competed on the Kline School of Law at Drexel University’s nationally ranked Mock Trial Team, earning the title of Regional Champion and Best Advocate at the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association’s Regional Trial Competition. Upon graduation, Ms. DiGiuseppe was awarded the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association’s James J. Manderino Award for Trial Advocacy.
Ms. DiGiuseppe is currently the Associate Trial Competition Director at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. Ms. DiGiuseppe primarily assists with the coaching and training of law students on Drexel-Kline’s mock trial team. She also assists with the planning and hosting of National Mock Trial Competitions.
Ms. DiGiuseppe is originally from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. She is an avid reader, and in the summer months, spends much of her time at the Jersey shore.
